The GWDG offers consulting services for users of the Max-Planck-Society and the University of Göttingen regarding the following topics:

  * IT-related support for scientific projects
  * Setup of IT systems
  * Use of IT systems
  * Advisory statements for IT related acquisitions

Part of our consulting services in particular is the assistance in IT procurements. If you require new PCs, network infrastructure or other kinds of hardware, we will gladly help you in the selection and acquisition, in respect to [[en:services:it_consulting:hardware_purchase:start|existing contracts]]. In addition various on-campus and volume [[en:services:general_services:software_and_license_management:start|software licenses]] allow you to cheaply obtain software.
