We offer our users access to proteome research programs as well as general gene sequence analysis programs or sequence analysis programs for data from Next Generation Sequencing (NGS). The programs are partly accessible as web services via browser or can be used on our Linux-based computer servers. For the latter, only little Linux knowledge is required, but of course we also offer you help and training in working with Linux systems. Details for the use of the batch queues of the Linux-based HPC cluster for bioinformatics programs can be found in the short introduction.
We are also happy to support you with license purchases or license usage by license servers if several workgroups are interested in a software.
