+We hereby declare binding to participate us with an amount of € …………… plus 19% VAT in the financing of the campus license agreement between the Gesellschaft für wissenschaftliche Datenverarbeitung mbH Göttingen (GWDG) and ESRI Deutschland GmbH (ESRI) for the period from ………………….. until 31 December this year and to pay that after invoicing from the GWDG.
+The campus license agreement entitles the universities of Lower Saxony to use an unlimited number of products listed in the campus license agreement. The level of cost sharing is based on the number of users of the products.
+Furthermore, we are committed for the following years to participate in the campus license and to pay reasonable costs. The level of cost sharing is set each year so that starting from the instantaneous total participation funding of the next annual license fee is secured. Additional costs shared by unplanned investments in the campus license lead to a reduction of the amount of each cost-sharing for the following year. A termination of the obligation can be made by no later than four months before the end of the calendar year.
