Organisations-Management
Via the My Organization menu item in the account portal (https://id.academiccloud.de), you can view the organization management and see the structure and employee assignments within your organization.
If the menu item My Organization is not displayed, it is probably because your organization is not participating in the “Unified Organization Management” project or you are not accessing the account portal with your primary employee account.

Filter function
The filter function can be used to show or hide specific organizational units in the view.
The following filter functions are currently available:
Type
- Organisation: These are all normal organizational units.
- Link: These are links to another organizational unit (e.g., if a collaborative research center is linked in a faculty).
- Cost center: This type affects cost centers that are mainly only relevant in SAP, which is why they are hidden by default.
State
- Expired: All expired organizational units are displayed.
- Not expired: All active organizational units are displayed.
Detailed view
By clicking on an organizational unit or person, you will see meta information about the selected object on the right-hand side (e.g., address, link to website, responsible persons, and much more).
For some meta information, you can display an explanation by clicking on the icon
